SÉBASTIEN TULARD war zunächst als Cutter und als Motion-Grafik-Designer tätig, bevor er im Filmbereich als Regie-Assistent arbeitete. Er war u.a. an Filmen wie „Sherlock Holmes – Spiel im Schatten“ (2011), „Nichts zu verzollen“ (2010) oder „Super-Hypochonder“ (2004) beteiligt. Seit 2015 realisierte er eigene Projekte als Drehbuchautor und Regisseur. Nach mehreren Kurzfilmen und Musikvideos gibt er mit „Sugar and Stars“ sein Spielfilmdebüt.
